New teachers begin with a summer training program called Teacher Excellence Training (TET), which includes classroom practice and feedback sessions to refine instructional skills. Throughout the academic year, teachers engage in ongoing professional development, including mid-year training sessions like re-TET, to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes. The Success Academy Education Institute offers blended learning opportunities, combining online courses with in-person training to provide context and practical application for educators.

Every year at STS, we celebrate Teachers Day in a glorious manner. The management shows heart felt appreciation for teachers through a scrumptious and mouthwatering lunch,colourful beverages, cultural shows like skit, dance performance and singing and lastly with beautiful takeaway gifts. During this celebration, the management also arranges and presents Umrah air tickets for Muslim teachers and vacation trips for Non-Muslim teachers. - Classroom Resources and Technology support:
To upgrade the teaching learning process, we equip classrooms with modern technology like smart boards, projectors, learning management system. The school provides teaching materials, lesson plans and assessment tools for the teachers to facilitate the teaching process. - Performance Appraisal and Feedback:
